Thanks for being here. I built Guide Me Home NC to put the useful pieces in one place: what the neighborhoods feel like, what the numbers are saying and what to think about before a search or a listing gets serious. I grew up in Raleigh, spent part of my career in San Francisco and came back with a broader view of what makes a place work in real life.

Raleigh is home base, and my work now takes me through Charlotte and Lake Norman as well. I pay attention to the quieter differences, how a street lives, what sits nearby and what changes once you look past the first photograph.
Real estate gets noisy quickly. The conversation stays practical, with details worth slowing down for and the questions that matter from your side of the table.
My studies at the North Carolina School of the Arts and years spent writing, acting, producing and directing shaped the way I look at light, detail and story. That perspective matters when a home needs to be understood before it can be valued.
I have a wide network of people I am happy to introduce, including movers, plumbers, electricians, contractors and painters, along with the local spots worth knowing when you want sushi, a burger or a good cup of coffee late in the day.
Most moves begin with a handful of questions, not a perfect plan. We start there. I listen for what matters most, separate the useful information from the noise and make the next decision easier to see.
You will always know what I am seeing, what I would question and what I think deserves attention next. The goal is a well-made decision, not a rushed one.
Raleigh is the place I grew up. Charlotte and Lake Norman are places I have been visiting since I was a kid, and now I spend my time going back and forth between the cities and communities I love and proudly serve. I have been a full-time REALTOR® since 2014, and that experience has only sharpened what I pay attention to: how a street lives, what sits nearby, and what changes once you look past the first photograph.

At home, I share life with my fiancé, our two girls and our pups, Emmett and Harvey. We share an enthusiasm for Porsche and car racing, and I am an active member of the Porsche Club of America’s Lake Norman Chapter.
