Privacy and your inquiry.
This page explains the information collected by the forms on Guide Me Home NC and Good Roads Club. For a question about your information, contact Joe Schedeler at joe.schedeler@bhhsysu.com.
What you send
The real estate inquiry form asks for your name, email and the type of help you need. Market, message and phone number are optional. A selected property may be included in your message. Club forms ask for the details shown beside each field, such as your area, car or event information.
How forms are delivered
Form submissions are sent through FormSubmit to Joe’s email address. FormSubmit processes the submission to provide that service. You can read the provider’s privacy terms before sending a message. Email replies and any later client relationship take place outside the website form.
Where an inquiry came from
The site uses your browser’s session storage to remember campaign tags, the referring page, the landing page and selected action links. This context can accompany a real estate inquiry so Joe can see which page or campaign brought you here. You can clear it through your browser’s site-data controls. Hosting and delivery providers may also process technical request information under their own policies.
Club email and features
The Good Roads signup form asks for your agreement to receive the club note and event details. Interest in a Riding Shotgun feature is a separate, optional choice. That choice invites a conversation, not permission to publish your story or photograph. To ask to stop club emails, contact Joe using the address above.
Keep sensitive records out of these forms
Please don’t send identification documents, account numbers, financial statements, contracts or confidential client files through a public inquiry form. Ask Joe to arrange an appropriate channel when documents are needed.
Other websites and requests
Property search, maps, social platforms and organizer links open services with their own privacy practices. For a question about information you’ve sent, or a request to review, correct or delete it, email Joe. Include enough context to identify the inquiry without sending sensitive documents.
